Mr. Norris’s practice focuses on complex litigation, mass tort personal injury litigation, and business and commercial litigation, including litigation in the health care, intellectual property, media, first amendment, internet, and entertainment areas, and civil rights litigation. His clients have personal injury plaintiffs, investment companies, brokerage firms, banks, accounting firms, film, television and music companies, entertainers, internet companies, and major medical providers.
Mr. Norris has tried over 40 cases, including 18 jury trials to verdict. He also has regularly argued appeals in state and federal courts.
